Sinopse

Fuyuzora Kogarashi tem habilidades espirituais e foi possuído por fantasmas desde que era criança. Isso causou muitos problemas em sua vida, mas agora ele aprendeu a lutar contra os maus espíritos! Infelizmente, ele agora também é muito pobre, sem lar, e esperando por uma vida mais feliz, mais normal, no ensino médio. Em sua busca por moradia, ele é apresentado a uma pensão muito barata chamada Yuragi-sou, que antigamente era uma popular estalagem de águas termais. É tão barato porque a casa é assombrada pelo espírito de um estudante do ensino médio cujo cadáver foi encontrado lá. Kogarashi não acha que isso vai ser um problema para ele, e o resto dos inquilinos da casa parecem ser mulheres sensuais. Enquanto relaxa nas fontes termais, ele descobre que há um problema com seu plano de banimento de fantasmas; O fantasma de Yuragi-sou é uma garota de 16 anos chamada Yuna, que mora em seu quarto. Kogarashi não tem vontade de ferir uma garota fantasma, e em vez disso ele acaba concordando em ajudá-la a descobrir seus negócios inacabados.
